The AI logo generator creates logo concepts based on user-submitted details. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, originality, style, and suitability. Users are responsible for reviewing generated logos before commercial use.

4. Payments

Payments for services, tools, or digital products must be made according to the agreed pricing, invoice, checkout page, or payment instructions. Work may begin after payment confirmation, deposit confirmation, or written approval depending on the service agreement.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, work completed, digital delivery status, and project agreement. Custom digital work, completed milestones, consultation time, AI-generated outputs, and delivered assets may not be refundable once work has started or been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, final paid and approved deliverables may be transferred to the client for agreed use. Logo Desire may retain rights to concepts, drafts, source methods, templates, internal tools, and non-final work. Third-party assets may be subject to separate licenses.

7. User Responsibilities

Logo Desire aims to provide professional services, but we are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, third-party platform issues, search engine ranking changes, AI model variation, or outcomes outside our reasonable control.
